Commitments
A signup represents a good-faith commitment to support the listed event. If plans change, cancel promptly using your private link or contact an athletics administrator so the position can be reopened.
Event operations
Schedules, assignments, capacity, and event availability may change. Authorized administrators may contact volunteers, reassign or remove signups, cancel events, or close positions when operationally necessary.
Appropriate use
Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, probe restricted administration features, or upload malicious files. Parents and guardians are responsible for information submitted about minors.
Service availability
The service is provided for community coordination and may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. Contact the athletics organization if a signup requires urgent correction.
