WHSSignups collects only the information needed to coordinate Whitehouse volunteers, group signups, and Booster Club memberships.
Information we collect
This may include your name, email address, phone number, student or participant name, volunteer notes, selected programs, apparel preference, and volunteering or sponsorship interests.
How information is used
Authorized program administrators use it to manage commitments, send notifications, coordinate events, and maintain program-specific Booster Club rosters. Details are not displayed publicly or sold for advertising.
Payments and service providers
Membership payments are processed securely by Stripe. WHSSignups does not store complete card numbers. Information may also be processed by hosting, database, email, and abuse-prevention providers supporting this service.
Your choices
Use the private link in a volunteer confirmation email if your plans change. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact the appropriate program through the contact page.
